CMS surgery q help! exam tomorrow - palivizumab

a 67-year-old woman has required mechanical ventilation to maintain adequate O2 since she sustained head injury 2 weeks ago. serial CXR show ARDS.
culture of bronchial wash- numerous organisms. she is on broad spectrum antibiotics.
current CXR= RUL cavity.
The most likely diagnosis?
a)aspergillosis
b)atelectasis
c) pneumatocele
d)lung abscess
e)tuberculosis

Lung access makes more sense coz of multiple organism on culture..
