3 months old caucasian infant bought to ur office routine check up. prenatal course complecated by preeclamsia that required methyldopa and magnesium sulphate administered peripartum .the infant weight corresponds to 55 percentile and head circumference 7 percentile .which of the following can be explained fetal condition
poor infant feeding :

A.maternal smoking during pregnency
B.maternal undercooked meet consumtion during pregnency
C.excessive maternal caffeine during pregnency
Dtreatment of precelamsia during pregnencyand intrapartum

I am guessing maternal smoking during pregnancy leading to uteroplacental insufficiency hence bowel ischemia.let me know if I am thinking it right.
