A dialysis technology certificate program at our INSTITUTE prepares students with practical skills and necessary medical knowledge needed to work in the dialysis field. This program may also prepare students for professional certification exams, which are now mandatory to work in the field. In this certificate program, participants will take didactic courses and gain clinical skills through simulated lab experiences. Graduates may apply to take the Certified Hemodialysis Technologist/Technician certification exam offered by the Board of Nephrology Examiners, Nursing and Technology (BONENT).
