Received 4 rejections today! My friend told me that Thursdays are usually the worst.

I don't seem to understand what FM programs are looking for.

Don't worry too much at this point.
The thing with family medicine programs is that it's not just about scores and credentials
It's about the right fit. And when you go for an interview , it should be a mutual love
Still very early in the season . Good luck!

I only had 2 IVs last year and ended up at my dream program.
Takes only 1 IV but you really gotta make sure you stand out.

Got a rejection from Contra Costa out in CA today. I don't get it. I'm a CA resident, my PTAL is still valid (although I'm sending in the renewal forms tomorrow), I have 2 letters for FM this year, including one from a chair. I don't know what these programs are looking for really.

That's weird. I got a PTAL but not CA Resident...I got invited there
