Please guys I'm in a bit of a dilemma here. I have just 2 LORs the third person kinda disappointed me and uploaded late last Friday and it hasn't been released yet. Do I go ahead and apply then reassign when it comes or just wait till it's complete 3 LOR before applying.
Applying for pediatrics, 5 yrs post grad IMG, 23*/245/pass all first attempt /GC holder . I'm so worried it''s a week late already.

Thank you match 17 for responding . So it takes a week now ? So the one uploaded on Monday will probably get here next week Monday.......

Hi @drjennifer!
What I did was I waited for the LoR to be complete before I applied. By complete I mean 3 LoRs. I have 4 LoRs total but I did not wait for the 4th. I just assigned the 4th LoR to the programs when it became available in myERAS.
In your case, my advise is to wait until it is complete. Maybe tomorrow it will be in your ERAS as what @match17 said.

My friend LOR was uploaded on sept 15th and It was just available to assign program by 11 AM EST today...so it takes 7-8 calendar days minimum during September

*Whew. Thanks for the replies. I appreciate. I think I will be getting it Monday . I just hope it's not too late for programs to even give it a 2nd look.
