i have come to usa by tourist visa.can i take csa with this visa?without taking step-1,2 can i sit for csa?

No u cannot take csa without giving step 1..get at least some basic knowledge of what u are trying to do..and yaa visa doesnt matter

Yes you can take csa without step1 and TOEFL but step 2 is mandatory and you should only take it at my center.
