LOR uploading myself vs writer - goodjob

I got 3 LORS, I am planning to upload myself.

Is that a disadvantage.

I can have letter writers upload for me if required, just little extra work.

I don't think it matters if it is not waived

It matters if the LoR is waived or not. Everyone knows that if the LoR is not waived then it is biased. PDs know that guys.

yes it will be a big disadvatage if you are uploading your LORs by yourself it will be much better if you have waived LORs

if it is a waived LORs, they are useful... if it is unwaived LORs it is not much useful.

Waiving your right to see your LoR sends a message to the program that the letter writer was free to speak openly, honestly, and without influence.
