Can any one share IV experience for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center (SVCMC),Cleveland

i got it last year. interviewed by PD,coordinator , chief resident and one faculty . faculty asked me approach to syncope and chief asked me ethics. my interview went well . i think step3 is important for PD

actually 4 interviews. PD,CHIEF,COORDINATOR,FACULTY
the question was that if you think your senior is treating the pt incorrectly what will you do ?
it is a small community program , I have heard that a fellowship ( GI ) is added to program
the PD is iranian but not very kind to iranian !!!
