I have a question regarding couple match. Can we still couple match on NRMP even though we didn't click couple matching on our ERAS application? I have read online this way programs don't know if your couple matching.

the only time you need to say about you couple matching is actually in the NRMP . declaring so - and paying the fee - will let you and your partner make a "paired" ROL that will be processed as paired by the Match algorithm. and no, programs will not know , unless you've told them while interviewing.
