The parents of a 3-year-old boy tell the pediatrician that although the child is toilet-trained during
daytime hours, he wets his bed almost every night. What should the pediatrician do?

(A) Prescribe an antihistamine
(B) Prescribe amitriptyline
© Prescribe a mild benzodiazepine
(D) Advise the parents to restrict fluids after dinner each evening
(E) Speak to the child

the child is 3 years.. Imipramine/amitriptyline can be given but not first line considering the child age and TCA side effect.
I will try D first

Again right crossover

we can not diagnose enuresis in child less than 5 year , therefore prescribing drug will be not advisable. So, we restrict water or liquid intake during evening and night to prevent bed wetting.
