Need some advice - I just took NBME 18 and scored very low~134. Im trying to understand whether I should allocate more of the remaining time for questions and start UWORLD or do more review of videos which is extremely cumbersome given that I'm working FT and have a family/children to care for. I feel I should approach it differently.- just feeling stuck after taking this form. I read on other posts that is it is one of the tougher forms too. feeling I'm screwing things up. Trying to take this exam in November or Dec.. and help or guidance appreciated. Thanks.
