I would suggest try to get hands-on clinical experience they are more valuable than observerships, as observerships means you will just shadowing and will not be having direct contact with patients and is considered as least valuable USCE.

Are you a student or graduate?
If you are student gain electives they are very much valuable and if you are a graduate then look for externship rotations they are hands-on rotation where you will be having direct contact with patients.
