We offer an excellent and easy to understand epidemiology and biostatistics review. We will teach you the concepts you need to perform very well in USMLE questions related to epidemiology and biostatistics (study designs, types of bias, sample size and power calculation, hypothesis testing, type 1 and type 2 errors, sensitivity and specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curves, odds ratios, relative risks, hazard ratios, incidence, prevalence, p-value with interpretation, confidence intervals, precision, accuracy, and many many other concepts. We will teach you how to apply concepts to USMLE questions. At the end of the review, you will feel very comfortable with epidemiology and biostatistics questions.
For step 2 CK and step 3 test takers, we will teach you how to read a peer-reviewed paper and abstracts. You will be able to know where to find the information you need to answer a USMLE question.
The review is tailored to each person’s needs and conducted by an expert with a PhD in epidemiology and biostatistics.
