Directly applying to the program by looking at the website, whether they provide externship rotations or not. Or else applying through agencies which can provide you in a place you want to gain and in the month you want to gain.

You can check out numerous different programs that provide externships and clinical experience on the AMA website at: https://www.ama-assn.org/education/inter...al-medical . While it does say the list is of observership programs, a majority of these programs provide hands-on clinical experiences.
