I am a 25 year old boy. It's my first time this year. My senior had suggested me to get a short haircut and clean shave for the interviews. I have never shaved my moustache before and I am feeling nervous. What should I do? Is it mandatory to get a clean shave for the interview? Any suggestions?

mmmm everything is a guess since is so much influenced by the type of interviewer.
I think the "youth" appearance, due to showing a clean shave, is a very average one and that is why makes it appealing (first year residents are usually taken as naïve and needed of mentoring)
If you ask me, if I were an interviewer, I could note the moustache in a 25 y-o and wonder "this guy is trying to look senior?"....Really it is a peculiar question...no clear answer...
