chances for old IMG from UK - snsk

Hello, I
graduated 1999 from India,
cleared step 1 - 231 (1 attempt) ,
step 2 CK - 228 (1 attempt)
CS - cleared (1 attempt)
Done MRCP UK , currently working in IM in UK, and no breaks
No USCE,
No LOR and
No Research, but did a couple of audits to hospital here,

my queries

1. is a mere pass in step3 enough ? or do i need to do well,
2. do i stand a chance for 2022 for IM with my profile if I clear step 3, which I am planning to take soon?
