Mini-CEX evaluators in Illinois and Midwest

Hi everyone. I passed OET. I was trying to complete Mini-CEX evaluations. Has anyone completed Mini-CEX evaluations in Illinois or Midwest and are willing to share the information, so I could complete my evaluations with the same doctors?
