the hot thing now is integrated neuro programs, so you won't have to apply PGY-1 elsewhere..

Best programs are:
1. Patners (MGH and brigham women's)
2. UCSF
3. Columbia
4. Hopkins
5. Penn

Mayo and Cleveland Clinic are not even top 10.
