Mine was 75/75(multiple attempts) and I got in at MGH for neurosurg.

i think for neuro and other surgical disiplines, you need more important than scores, research and good published research. that is my opinion, i have an attempt and i ahve clinical experience and a us citizen, and i didnt match in surgery. i wanted surgery mroe than anything else. and pd s tell me publications help mostly more than other things, if you can get it.
