I donot know what is Dean's letter and are there any format of it?For IMG whether Principal's letter will do or not?
Does anyone have samples of PERSONAL STATEMENT and LoRs.

Every normal medical school in the world has a Dean - head of the institution. Make him to write a letter of recomendation for you which includes your short bigraphy with your accomplishments before and during medschool and your performance in medschool.
