I sent 6 LORs to ERAS...some hospitals ask for 2 or 3 ,but ERAS asks to assign 4...Does it mean that these hospitals choose the first 2 or 3 LORs and ignore the 3rd or 4th...because my 4th one is the best among them?thanks

It does not matter the order of LOR's and you have to assign for each program the letter you want. For example you could skip on the 2nd and the 3rd and assign for a program the 1st, the 4th and the 5th.
