patient has CHF post MI. What is next step Mx:
1.ACEI
2.angioplasty

I think one of the indications for angioplasty is CHF post MI. Am I wrong?

the only proven intervention to prolong lifespan in patient with CHF is ACEInhibitor....regardless...must be initiated asap while other management options are considered.....
