Dear VJ:
About the last interview where you where asked that question there's nothing you can do,so don't ask youself what he ment by that. If you want my advice in future interviews the best way in a situation like this is to ask the person that asks that question (if you don't understand what's being asked) what does he/she mean. Do not be afraid to clearify things even if it is because of lack in your abilities to understand english. They know that you are not a native languange speaker. Please don't misunderstand this advice, it is given with the most friendly intention. As far as the question is concerned my opinion is that he/she was trying to ask you if you'd be willing to change anything in you to adjust youself in the new place and vice-verca.
