hi somebody
thanks but i didn't mean ISP (International scholars program). i could hardly find 1 from their current list in traditional categorical. ISP and cat are very different.
My apologies to doc_joe too ... We aer all nervous and with a bad temper
ISP is still included in the categorical program, just like the physician scientist and global health!!! how come you say its different?
@ all the guys out there
cool down mates...please cool down...
@somebody
The ISP is totally different program...i know someone doing it..so i know for sure...
@doc_joe
check your mail...
I too know a lebanese guy that did ISP!!!
They get the SAME degree that Traditional Categorical has!!!!
@somebody
no problem somebody. its all in the game!
even their own PD Dr Bulova said they are not the alike programs (although its like 3 yrs cat.) in the morning report during iv, i was wondering the same. They are different in terms of reputation and fellowship placements although you get to be with the cat residents for few months.
Yes but the chances for fellowships are restricted compared to main program mate..for sure...
How would the chances for fellowships be restricted guys?! just think abt: you are a PD of cardiology in Northwestern, you get an application from a UPMC grad, nothing on the diploma say its ISP, why would u not take him?!
@somebody...
well they can surely figure out during the iv right?
