YOG in FM is very important!
I am an old grad myself and most of the programs accept only fresh grads for FM, and I found it out when it was too late
Hey guys what is the IV trend like? What is the average number of invites pple got? I only got 1 IV from FM or 2 if u count Tulsa skype. My creds 225, 242, 229 07 graduate. need visa, 3months USCE. I applied to 68 programs. there is an FM interviews only thread but no one seems to be adding program(i bumped it recently) are pple really not getting IVs?
not just no IVs, but to add insult to injury not even response to tell if have been rejected
i think family medicine is the worst this yr, no IVs...

n d rest hv disappeared.. no rejections frm most..
I referred to YOG in his case and regarding this program specifically.
at 2011 matching about 5600 applied for FM & about 2500 matched in FM but look
from 5600 applicant about 1300 were U.S grad and from matched about 1200 were U.S grad also...
it means...
less chance for IMGs IN FM
