244/242/CS pass/ 2010/3LORs. I got only 1 IV, 13 Rejections!!! From my understanding, interviews are for well connected people and scores don't really matter. This is so unfair!! :'( Does anyone have any idea if invitations will even be sent out as late as November?

IVs can come as late as JAN though a rarity but they still can. Do you have any USCE, any US LORs? I think you should start emailing programs.
