don`t just go over everything from the start..u know..just skip through things u know well.. and stop at the doubtful pages and concentrate and mug them off...but again, depends on u, ur confidence and ur instinct..if u feel u were doing ok, like u said, i think u will be good to go.

I agree with you. NBME is noting but a selfassesment tool.
Sara 2006 do not follow those NBME numbers but use as identifying your weak areas and work on them.
i personally know people who never took the nbme and they got score 95,97 in step 2 ck.
utilize the time effectively and you will be o.k.
you see lot of good people there to help you in difficult time.
