hi bijjar,
i know the question u asked.even i answered it wrong initially in uw,but luckily in my choices in the exam it was pretty clear,and there was no U/S as a choice.i dont know the explanation for that,if you ask me,i would still lean towards endometrial biopsy as the first and imp step to take
like i said before ,i dint keep track of my kaplan score,my UW scorethis time was 70% ,but this being my 2nd attempt i could remember the qs,and was sometimes able to pick from choices without even looking at the question ,so i dont think the score says much.read the explanations .they are very good
i am not a resident yet, but hopefully with god's grace will become one this year
