what's the effect of estrogens on the liver?

i'll go with alcohol also . nothing abnormal in the results except GGT , why will estrogen affect ggt ?

guys im not sure @ all regarding Est. it's the closest, alcohol cause inc in AST and ALT >3:1, here these r normal

but alchol can cause elevation in AST 2 times more than ALT in case of alcholic hepatitis , but can inrease GGT without causing hepatitis , so you can find elevation GGT without elevation of other enzymes

Sorry guys did not pay attention that PAL are normal,and the only abnormal lab is increase GGT think that the most frequent cause of an isolated increase ggt is Alcohol+ presentation may suggest higher alcohol intake
