Parietal cell Inhibitor---somatostatin.
Diarrhea..its normal anion gap ( caz of increase chloride) met acidosis and hypokalemia as colon secrete the K+. Normal Anion Gap Metabloic acidosis. examples ( diarrhea ,RTA).

last nite i lost my GIT physio notes and hv to do the videos from the scratch so am catching up with the FA topics now.Done with nbme 6 block 1 revison.

@ shigatoxx22..GL for UWSA .Yes, absolutely agreed, time is like flying...and ur finally awake but i think am still sleeping, loads of stuff to finish am planning to revise FA at any cost today.

@ usmle31dec.. sounds like a good plan,am only focusing on physio ,uw and FA.I havnt picked the date yet ,depends on my scores in UWSA and nbme.Will take it on sunday.IA
