I agree with Guess what.

Do not think of the program coordinators as mere secretaries. These are the people who hold the keys to your residency and can get you interviews or not. Residency coordinators are who you really need to impress.

One residency coordinator let my application slip through her screening process at my request and I got an interview.

Another residency coordinator changed my date of interview to a day that only US students are interviewing so that I wouldn't have to make an extra trip.

Also keep this in mind when you start your residency and show a lot of respect to the nurses and ancillary staff. Oftentimes it is not the people with the prestigious title or the big money who have the real power.

I disagree wid u guys
The PC of a most competent program in North US actually Accomodated me by increasing a number of candidates for that day, ( which is usually NOT done )
I am full of praise for her.. I hope there are more like her
May GOD bless her and all of them who are helping us in the current scene

I think the person misunderstand the pronciation. From my personal experience, it is D for Doug, not "Dog".
