This is not spam.

I have been in practice for over 20 years.

In my days I went door to door in New York Hospitals, all most begging for residency, surviving on pizza and coke,

I know for some its really difficult to find a residency position.

Finally I was accepted on Faculty (obviously after a lot of work, residency and fellowship and research ) at Cornell , Harvard and Hopkins.

Choose to teach at Cornell Medical School for a few years. (The residency interview at Cornell was six days, yes six)

So to all of you who are in the process of applying for residency I honestly and with all my heart wish you luck.

there is light at the end of the tunnel.
