i agree with parmax- yes you can drive; just make sure you included in your rental the company's accidental car insurance just in case you will have problem(accident)- its gonna be costly and please don't ever drive under influence- i you get caught it might have some bearing with your visa request. Happy driving-Just be cautious.

You can drive , make sure you don't end up in wrong free way! and wet up your pants!!

If you crash in free way, you don't need a flight to go back! think about before any driving experience.
