Same Pentad of symptoms;

TTP...more neurological symptoms, commonly adults

HUS.... more renal involvement, commonly children, history of bloody diarrhea.

ITP IS STEROIDS , RHOGAM AND SPLENECTOMY
TTP IS ????

TTP ... main stay of treatment is Plasma Exchange, steroids are also given.
