no no gloworm not to worry... its simple enough....
hcm ----- heart gets Stressed by like lotta high BP ok? and then like becomes huge and then sorta ends up 'failing' therefore he gets SOB... right? in hOcm - theres a INBORN SEPTAL DEFECT... the bloody septum is so f*****g HUGE forms like this crazy obstruction yeah? and doesnt allow blood to leave.... that help??
