I couldn't find any evidence on PCI. Most cardiologist suggest a wait period for urgent PCI=2-4 weeks, depending on symptom recurrence. For non-urgent PCI = 1week

Post MI management,

Usually they do perform a a "suboptimal" cardiac stress test, when the pt is assessed for 70% of his/her hr for their age.

This gives an idea of not only about pt's response to treatment, but also an indication if the pt is eligibille to resume normal activities....
