yup..
pyloric stenosis non-bile stained ,projectile vomitting plus hyperperistalsis as well as hypokalemic alkosis because of the vomitting.

duodenal atresia why bilious vomitting?? caz atresia is distal to where the bile duct enters the proximal portion of the duodenum .

R pyloroplasty ( split the muscle)

taking step 1 on 31st too …

horrible nbme scores….
nbme -12 -410 ( 1.5. months back)

nbme - 11- 390 ( 1 month back)

nbme 7 420.. (10th of jan)

really depressed about it…. taking the last nbme on 21st… if the scores remain this way.. i will kiss goodbye to my step 1 fee!

revising on uworld …

any suggestions on which nbme to take ? i dont want to repeat the same ones!
