Visa IMGs are not fools. The petition link that prehn_sign has provided CLEARLY states that it is for US Citizens and US permanent residents! They are trying to bait IMGs into signing something to work against visa IMGs by reducing visas issued too.

@attempt ,what an Idiot. It is common sense that if the number of positions will increase then it will automatically help everyone, but if you are not a US citizen or GC holder then US government will never listen you ( Dumbfak), remember if you don't have a visa then you are an outsider (aka begger)?. So use your common sense and pull you head out of your dumb ass.

More carribean grads+ more DOs the lesser the chances for IMGs.
