for the q where the guys goes to africa and comes back sick, i selected malaria. and i got it right.

the blood smear showed rings.

leshmania are more like squiggly lines in the rbcss.

1 = RCC (hypervascular... remember it loves blood and even can grow into the IVC, VHL controls HIF1 --> VEGF.. all vascular stuff)

2 = malaria = had the ring trophozoites or whatever .. babesia looks like that but africa is more malaria, babesia is in the same ixodes tick that has B. burgdorferi

3 = sulfasalazine thats what I put I think its a GI NSAID

4= idk I posted the same question on SDN

5 = myoglobinuria from rhabdomyolosis kills kidneys

@ ruchitshahcan you explain the answer of omeprazole.i thought it would be enalapril.as it causes cough and itroconazole inhibit cytochrome p450.

The three-layer structure of these blue capsules is complex because itraconazole is insoluble and is sensitive to pH
