Regardless of the reason, no visa, no step 3. Read this info, it might help many of you out there trying get into the US to do step three a and residency.
Doctor:
Many persons from Pakistan and other countries find They pass steps 1 & 2, but can't get visa to take step 3.
We have a program in St. Petersburg Russia, where you can study for one year and get a green card. Here's the message I'm sending out to other doctors. Hope to hear from you.
Medical doctors:
Many of you, especially from the Asian and Middle Eastern countries are facing USMLE Step 3 "catch 22". You've passed Steps 1 & 2, are scheduled for Step 3, but can't get a visa to go to the US. No Step 3, no ECFMG certificate, and no residencies in US.
We have a legitimate one year program in St Petersburg Russia, where you study in ENGLISH to get your nursing diploma, which qualifies you take the nurse's CGFNS exam, (http://www.cgfns.org) which will get you a GREEN CARD to the US to work as a nurse, while you complete your requirements for residency. Bullshit ?, don't laugh, over 2000 MDs in the Philippines are studying for their nursing diplomas for this very reason (http://www.inq7.net/nwsbrk/2002/dec/09/nbk_6-1.htm).
We'll guarantee you a job in the US as a nurse, and the green card.
