d)Metastasis to regional lymph nodes
e)Rapid growth

@crush pay attn.
thanks a lot for the explanation guys !!

is it ee
E? Histo suggests fibroadenoma. but pic shows popcorn like calcifications. bit confused. will go with E coz pain is not a complaint - fibroadenoma.
@cardio. thank u for posting the q.
actually, thinking abt it. will go with B.

FCC - sclerosing adenosis has neoplastic ductal epithelial cells + surrounding sclerosis + popcorn calcification.
thank u cardio.

i have a q. can fibroadenoma have neoplastic ductal epithelial cells also? i thought it was purely a benign tumor of fibrous tissue of breast. that's what confused me.
@crush pay attn what u been ask ?
MC "benign tumor" of F breast they May have *neoplastic stromal component*/w polyclonal epi component, no worry you will not be tested on that on Step 1 in pathology board exam you need to know.

For step one just remember fibro MC benign tumor female breast,occur 20s & 30sfrequently multiple & bilateral. Densely hyalinized after menopause -> may calcify as I show u & large lobulated “popcorn” calcifications on mammo... fibro, and invasive ductal carcinomain a fibro is rare. Don't mix it up. THATS all u need to know for step 1.
