A 24 y/o F present to you and stat that during every mens cycle she experience hypersomnia, bloating, breast swelling and carve for chocolate, and poor concentration and times feeling that she cannot handle her norm responsibilities. She also notes that she feels somewhat tearful when hearing sad story and more sensitive emotionally. Pat takes no oral/med but does use a ethinyl estradiol/drospirenone patch.

I know I donot have right to be answering this question here, it being for and from the step 1 forum but since it relates to CK i am trying it

E is the answer.
All other options doesn;t match the data or doesn't carry the definition of these terms.

Only confusion would be PMDD. For PMDD all the criteria are not met and s/s are much more sever.
Sorry for poking my nose and answering it and thank you for the question.
