ccs is the least part you have to worry. Familiarize the software...take the ccs cases in 62.usmle world and do it again amd again if you have time. Archers for detailed instruction.
biostat- just read the usmle first aid step 1 biostat part. Understand the concept bec questions are derived from there. Practice answering biostat quesions only in uworld.

preparation time: from 8 weeks- 6 months depending on your medical background. it takes a shorter time if you just finished your step 2 or if you are in residency.
preparation materials: different sources are used the following are valuable and high yield:
1- Master of the board 3
2- USMLE World Q Bank 3
3- Kaplan lecture notes CK
4- Kaplan lectures step 3
5- Premier review notes
6- First aid/Crush
