can someone advise me, how useful it is when passing step 3 to get residency position, I am an IMG who passed the steps with attempts.

Yes it can be useful in some cases but not all the time. it depends on where you applying and on your qualifications. Even though you have attempts in your steps, still you can get residency. good luck

what r ur usmle scores?

My step 1 score is 201, step 2 CK 218 and Step 2CS Passed

it is not gonna be easy but it can be done. passing step 3, working on research and publishing papers are very good things to do at this time and so is a US clinical experience (observership, externship).
