workhard11, I guess Sarahimg answered your question. Thanks Sarah!
And yes I also like Mapping CCS. I haven't spent money on Archer but mapping is cheap. There are 108 cases. I wanted to start this before UW so that I know how to approach a case online. My plan is to do Mapping+UW+Official website cases for CCS. I'll be doing few cases along with studies till exam.
Sarahimg, I see many posts saying there's some mistake in UW software, does this really matter? What do you say? I haven't started UW as yet.
For Block H, case 7 AF---

1. I'll start with orders first--O2, i.v. line, EKG, Cardiac, BP monitor-----> then will go for Focal physical. Here in mapping they do physical first for this case?!

2. After Cardioversion, I'll like to put this pt in ICU for monitoring, once I start Heparin, warfarin and see that he is doing fine (by interval history) I may shift him to ward. Here they shift pt directly to ward for ER.

What's your opinion guys?
Hey littledoc,
Have you completed kap q bank throughly, How much was average score?
I am done 58% and score is 64 % comulative?
Thanks!!
@nodiroygr--64% cumulative is good, Mine is less than that. May be because I started it even before completing MTB! It has been a while since I gave other USMLEs so I decided to go for two Q banks. Have you completed UW Q bank before this??
No this is my first q bank I will start uw from next month.
But I am reading Kaplan step 3 lectures note as well.
Good luck & keep posting!!
So far I have done--

MTB--One read.
Kaplan Q bank--Once.
UW biostat -- once.
Conrad ethics--once.
Mapping CCS--Started.
Kaplan videos--Few of them.
Good luck to you to Nodiroygr. When is your test?
Keep posting!
