Guysss, I feel so bad, been inconsistent and that created more negative feelings and a negative vicious circle!!!
I did some serious core yoga to clam down , breath it out bc I was soooo tensed in my back muscles, neck muscles, brain too !
FROM TOM. very very consistent,made my time table, I need you people to check on me in here, on this fprum each and every single day, bc if i don't report, i have the tendency to slow down, which is NOT COOL, NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I am doing FA 30+ pgs/day along w FA expresss videos and Kaplan here and tehre, as needed! RULE atleast 1,5 blocks/day....at the very least! Time flies and can't afford to postpone it too long! I also need my 1h of exercise ba it keeps depression away from me and releases all the goodies happy hormones, plus it works on preventing Osteoporosis as well for later on , READ YOUR FA, is true!!!
Okay, new year, new beginning, NEW MINDSET! When i feel non productive, is time to take 2h break...

I too suddenly lost the focus when I was doing Kaplan renal physio.going to make some nice coffee.will get back then.

I am trying to finish revising 1 block of UW. Its 12.15am here. I will try to finish as much I can and then go to bed :-)

@ luckyflower , calm down please ,all what you experience is just part of usmle prep syndrome. Try to clear your mind and gain control again.

@ cvd and rukhz, it's 3:30am , still awake doing acid base disturbance and I think I have acid base disterbance due consumption of high amount of green tea looooool.

I am kind of impressed by your elaborate time table.
For me FA 30 pgs is like 6 hrs of work .UW 1.5 blocks is 8 hrs = 14 hrs .My exam is in 3 months and thats my speed .
FA 30 pgs , UW 1.5 blocks + Kaplan and resources .That is A LOT of work considering you have been out of studying/inconsistent .You know how athletes run ...its not like they run the entire 40 miles on the race day ...infact the race day is only one little step down or one step up from their regular training day which they have been having for years .
As human beings we slack and then we decide to bang back but because obviously we have been out of training we cant keep up and we get disappointment from ourselves.

Anyways we have our eyes on you , you know how they make that action of two fingers to the eye and then to the person ...yes that !! Smile)

Todays plan is to do micro UW x 2 blocks .Yeehaw !!
