I am thinking about going to a hospital (to graduate education office), which is about 15 minutes from my house and has open position.
What do you think about it ?

hey did anyone have the 10 new programs upload their apps ... only 3 uploaded mine? I gues every PD is creating their own rules for the SOAP.

@ansie003 & depressedme0: its impossible for programs to look through everyone, so i guess they are just shortlisting people who submitted appln on the 12th...
so watz the guarantee they will download the 5 appl. that we submit 2day?
my only question is ... if they base their selection on the ppl that submitted their apps on the 12th how would they knew if they have already been offered a position or not. I guess once you accept an offer its a binding agreement. Before the match started I was under the impression that every round starts a whole new selection process and it was even stated that you can reapply to the same programs in the soap regulation. But I guess everyone playing their own rules and ERAS is having a lot of limitation. What time are you guys going to re-apply. It's confusing to know since there are 3 rounds for today.
