thanks, churg, GL to you.
Looks like IMG won't have a mang chances for iv in path, it is over, wish I was wrong

dumbme, you have excellent credentials, it's hard to beat that. I do hope that we are still early in the game and good news will come eventually.
yes , let's be positive. I got my first interview with UNM, rejection from duke and BWH, But I can feel more interviews coming my way!!!!!
path10 and brownie,
thanks for encouraging,
I aslo got UNM interview. but 4 to 5 inteviews are just not enough for IMG. The problem is that most programs just separates IMG application files from AMG files, They start to think about us only until no AMG available for them,

here is what I got from TJU, just assume it is a rejection

Your application to the Pathology Residency Program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has been received and reviewed by the Departmental Residency Advisory Committee. No further action on your part is required at this time. You will be notified if further information is required.

Pathology Residency Program
Though America is not the end of this world but we all know that its inportant and LOTS!! of ours and our dear's hopes are dependant on USMLE/Match/Ratrace.

The money involved and the expectations "to be met"...etc etc

I have 1/8 till now in my interveiw calls, with 8 being rejections and i still belive that GOD have something good at someplace left for mykinds and all who havnt heard from the "prestigious" pathology residency programs...which supposedly like to hire trained pathologists rather than one who wants to learn pathology...and alas! or non-alas!...I AM NOT AMG and that is the "fact" my friends.

I think we have to wait till the faster train taking AMGs passes off and then we have lot of space [LOTS of interveiw calls]

NOTHING IN MY MAILBOX TODAY>>>at least no rejections..loggingoff [2:23 AM] here..just finished the chapter [embryonal tumors of CNS], which I was writing for a neurosurgery book.
cool, happy doc, how many programs did you apply?
no call today
