Hey guys nice to see u all are studying well , today didn't get the concentration much don't know maybe bcos of severe thunderstorm my mind was not active . Now it's 7 pm will review some subjects & go from there

@raw Immuno same feeling yesterday started to review from FA but wanted to gather concepts so opened Kaplan & it took so much time & couldn't do physio resp quest .
But it's at least better to recollect concepts then just go on trying to memorize FA & not remembering in the long run . Mistake I did with pharma

had dinner and ended up in front of the tv ,, kinda got very depressed ,, my hubby just mentioned that his frens keep asking about my exams and i felt so sorry for him,, it must be embarassing for him in front of his frens .. i ve been stuck with exams for more than one a half yr ..

2 raw ,,in neuroanatomy ..we should know every details of tracts like sensory enter dorsal root ganglion>>in the spinal cord coalesce to form fasiculus gracillis and cuneatus ...>.those 2 are located in post funiculus of spinal cord >>>>at medulla they they will meet 2ndry neuron in gracillis neucleus and cuneatus nucleus >>>>........,,,we should know all this details ????????

vena..yes dear especially make sure where they are located in the diagrams..so make sure u look at the images..i think they are in the kap notes ! how is neuro going for you? is this your first read?

owl..i collected all my material to study in summer of 2010...then i visited US for few months and spent sometime here and i used to study bits and pieces..then i went back to india to finish my internship which was ofcourse extended...wasted so much time...i would get so tired by the end of the day..internship can itself be so tiring...so i would study for only 2-3 hours per day...such slow studying that i went thru the whole material but gained nothing..it wasn't until september when i seriously started to study after i came back to states for good and here i am...stuck for almost 2 years and no step..
so dont feel bad...sometimes we can't control our circumstances...all we can do is go with the flow and make our way thru it!

@raw ,,thanks ....yes its first reading and its hard little but if u remember it like a story i think it will be easier but over all easy to froget it ,,,,,,

vena...just make good concepts in neuro..but yes u will forget it and the way to get out of it is to keep revising...on subsequent revisions u will retain more and more... what i wanna say is...try and finish it quick so it doesn't linger..

done with FA immuno now a quick look thru kap immuno!!

yep raw iam trying to finish it fast ..but in med.school i didnt do any part of neuroanatomy ...at the 2nd stage i did bypass it to do other subject so its almost every hting new to me
