So did u finish ur college paperwork ?

I am ecfmg verified so I can just reapply online & give my exam when ever I want so wonder where I land when ecfmg says u know if ur college is in the electronic process

@sunshine. I had the same quest last night .. How to know if my college is there in that process. I will look into it after exams . There is a cvs online website in the ecfmg I think when we fill that it will tell us if our college is there r not . From which country u graduated ?

@vena it's the credential verification . Nothing to do with taking ur exams u can take the exam without credential verifi

my college work is not yet done .. the ecfmg sent my papers one and half mnth bck but the clerk has he has nt got it yet .. so icalled ecfmg again .. they said if they dont get anyreply in 3 mnths they resend the verification form again to the college .. i talked to my old SP today .. i told her about the new thing last time , so she went ahead to take a date ( she had taken a date 2 yr back, but didnt appear cos of pregnancy , she s struggling with her baby too ) she found out that she couldnt take a date cos she was not verified .. so she s trying to catch hold of someone back in the college to get the work done .. cos her college does not participate in the program .
if ucan take the date ( since u are verified ) u dont ve to worry about anything .. cos the electronic verification is only to get u registered .. my college still needs to give my verification in papers to the ecfmg , but thats b4 step 3.. so i dont think u shd worry at all for this exam .. but do go ahead and check out if u can take a date .. anyways u are gonna give it soon .. rt !

@ usmle2177- i graduated from India,mumbai.
Mine is grant medical college,jj hospital.
its a govt college so i know it will take 3 months to process the application.
I will contact ecfmg and my college to fill my first exam form when i almost complete my readings of kaplan ,Fa,u world. In my mind when i am 3 mths from taking date.
I hope i am right in doing so.
Or do you guys suggest that i start process of taking date for step1 now in advance,when i am still to read pharmac behavioral science ,fa full ,and u world in order to speed up the reading.no nbmes solved.
